Public Health England's Every Mind Matters website has tips and advice to help you look after your mental health during the pandemic. We’ll all be experiencing highs and lows and it’s perfectly normal to miss loved ones, get frustrated, feel anxious or stressed. Every Mind Matters can help get you started with your NHS online plan, showing you simple steps to help deal with stress, boost your mood and feel on top of things.

Vita Health Group works with the NHS to provide mental wellbeing services to support local residents in Leicestershire and Rutland.
VitaMinds is a free talking therapy service designed to support individuals by providing the tools needed to get things back on track.
Adhar
A Leicester based mental health charity for the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups. Adhar Project is committed to helping people with these conditions as well as their families, carers and health professionals. They have 30 years of experience in helping adults and families live healthier, happier and productive lives.They are offering support with advocacy services - information and advice to make informed decisions recovery project - help with recovering from a Mental illness employment, health and wellbeing support groups

Drink and drugs
If you're worried about the amount of alcohol you or someone you care about is drinking, help is available: Turning Point work with anyone affected by drugs or alcohol in Rutland who wants support to make changes. They offer a variety of treatment options and will support you to find the right treatment for you talk to your GP or practice nurse, who can offer advice and refer you to services that can help discuss your concerns with a pharmacist
